she makes a [MAMA] part 3

Today we are joined by Taylor De La Fuente of Bigmouth Copy, who writes words that sell for websites, social media posts, and ads. In this conversation, we talk about motherhood, specifically postpartum depression (PPD), and how that affects the expectations of the work-life balance for small business owners. We discuss the hormonal changes that cause PPD, how it is not limited to women and birth mothers, and the effect it has on motor development and behavioral problems in children.

Co-host Taylor and guest Taylor, both mothers themselves, get into why it's important for other people to understand postpartum, their frustrations that information isn’t readily available, signs to look out for to detect it, and strategies they've put into place to help get through their day to day.
